Booking.com

A data-driven, global e-commerce company

Diversity-Feature

Booking.com is one of TQ’s four founding partners.

Starting August 2016, TQ and Booking.com have been working closely to help startups grow. From hosting events to coaching teams, we’ve helped our residents develop skills to push their startups towards exponential growth.

A brief history

Established in 1996 in Amsterdam, Booking.com has grown to one of the largest travel e-commerce companies in the world and now employs over 17,000 employees in 198 offices in 70 countries worldwide.

Vision

With a mission to empower people to experience the world, Booking.com invests in digital technology that helps take the friction out of travel. We've connected Booking.com to grassroots initiatives, to impact the growth of startups in our network.

Representing diversity

Together with Booking.com, we've organized several events highlighting the importance of diversity & inclusion in the workplace, with ambassadors from Booking.com, Uber, Amplitude, Shopify, SheSharp, and Tripaneer.

Bring in the agile coaches

We host a monthly agile training day with an agile specialist from Booking.com, who trains our resident startups to become high-performing teams. Our first edition was a huge success.
