Debra Corey is a highly experienced and award-winning HR leader, two-time author, and world-class speaker. She’s had a varied and exciting career over the last 20+ years, working for global companies such as Gap Inc., Honeywell, Merlin Entertainments, and Reward Gateway to name a few, where she’s developed and delivered HR strategies in a rebellious way, pushing the boundaries, and challenging the status quo to truly drive employee engagement.

In recent years, Debra’s moved into what she calls the “pay it forward” part of her career, which involves writing best-selling books and speaking and teaching across the world, sharing her knowledge and expertise.
