Situational Leadership Workshop with Google
On Jan. 23, we'll be welcoming back Tatiana Silva, Global Programmatic Industry Manager at Google, for a workshop on Situational Leadership. Part presentation, part hands-on exercises, this 2 hour event will cover:
- Finding the balance between support and space in leadership
- Understanding the different stages people move through when learning a new skill
- Recognizing the range of approachers you can use to support your direct reports
- Identifying actions you can take to help develop one of your direct reports
This workshop is open to all, however, it might be most beneficial for people managers, i.e founder/team leads, or HR managers looking to learn how to coach and help other managers. Exercises will focus on actionable approaches to interacting with direct reports.

Tatiana has a degree in Electrical Engineering and a passion for technology, the arts and helping businesses grow. She was a software engineer early in her career and has been at Google for 8 years, currently leading one of the company’s largest accounts globally, focusing in helping them get the best out of Google’s performance advertising solutions. She was part of the DoubleClick Ad Exchange launch in Latin America, while based out of Brazil for 3 years, and has worked with most of the company’s advertising products, leading both technical specialists and account management groups, working with a wide variety of industries, during her 4 years of tenure in New York.
