Situational Leadership Workshop with Google

On Jan. 23, we'll be welcoming back Tatiana Silva, Global Programmatic Industry Manager at Google, for a workshop on Situational Leadership. Part presentation, part hands-on exercises, this 2 hour event will cover:

  • Finding the balance between support and space in leadership
  • Understanding the different stages people move through when learning a new skill
  • Recognizing the range of approachers you can use to support your direct reports
  • Identifying actions you can take to help develop one of your direct reports

This workshop is open to all, however, it might be most beneficial for people managers, i.e founder/team leads, or HR managers looking to learn how to coach and help other managers. Exercises will focus on actionable approaches to interacting with direct reports.

This session is the first of a 4 part series from Google on leadership. Stay tuned for the upcoming sessions!
