Office Hours with KplusV on Raising Funding

Finding the right knowledge to grow your startup is hard and time intensive. To help you grow your business, we invite experts to share their knowledge with our community. Office Hours brings you the knowledge and insights to operate more effectively by learning from the best. In these 30 minute, one-on-one sessions, you can ask for advice on any challenges you’ve been facing.

This time, we have Pieter Verstijnen from KplusV who can help you with any questions that you might have related to investment readiness. Raising funding can be difficult, but KplusV can help you get ready for that journey. Here are the type of topics Pieter can help you with:

  • Investment readiness: explore how ready your startup is for investments.
  • Raising investment: when your startup is investment ready, then we can help you with raising funds. Together with Pieter you can explore useful ways for you as a startup and help you find the right investors.
  • Closing the deal: When you’re already speaking with investors, KplusV can help you structure the deal, make the cap table, and support you when negotiating with the investors.
