Masterclass: Startup metrics - how to become data driven
Lecturer Mark Schiefelbein is a leading expert in the field of product & growth. He has over 10 years of experience and has worked with over 100 startups and investors to unlock their growth, including startups like Framer, Picnic & Wakoopa, and investors like Accel Partners.
In this masterclass, Mark will train participants to master startup metrics over the course of 4 sessions (1 session per week). He will offer hands-on guidance, helping you to effectively implement tools and run analyses to guide your product development and marketing based on hard data. This isn’t just about growth hacking, but about data intelligence, identifying the right KPIs for your company and how to report about them. (also for investments or exits)

Format & Schedule
Each session will be between 1.5 and 2 hours long, with a different focus for each session. After each class, you will be expected to prepare some "homework" for the following week, preferably by implementing your learnings in your daily job.
Preferred tool for the class is 'Mixpanel' but other methods are allowed as well.
