Interactive workshop: The power of real-time customer insights

94% of sales professionals believe feedback has a meaningful impact on their sales performance. Research has validated their belief across multiple settings; for example, the Gallup organization examined 469 business units and identified greater profitability of 8.9% in those that had received feedback. Yet, despite the continued proven impact shown in research and real world settings, most sales professionals are not soliciting customer insights regularly. And if they are, they're often not doing it in an effective manner, negating the potential power.

Therefore, Martin Peters, the CEO and Co-founder of Xtatio, can help you overcome these challenges by attending a 1 hour interactive workshop where you'll have opportunity to learn more about:

1. The power of gathering insights in a customer-facing setting and expected results on your sales (including what is preventing teams from doing it today)

2. How to do real-time feedback properly, both as an individual and with tools available (going through a few case examples of different tools)

3. Experiencing real-time insights and reflecting as a group

This workshop will be most helpful for any Business Development or Sales related role.
