Growth Through Feedback: Google's Leadership Workshop #2:
On May 29, we're welcoming back Tatiana Silva, Google's Global Programmatic Industry Manager, for part two of our four-part leadership series with Google. The first session in January focused on Situational Leadership. Part two will tackle growth through feedback.
During a two hour workshop, part presentation, part hands-on exercises, participants will:
• Learn how to apply a simple model for delivering feedback
• Practice giving feedback in a real situation
The workshop is open to all in the TQ community, however, it will be most beneficial for people managers (i.e founders/team leads) or HR managers looking to learn how to coach and help other managers. Exercises will focus on actionable approaches to interacting with direct reports.
Spots are limited so sign up now to secure your spot! And stay tuned for part three and four of the series.
