About the speakers 

Johan Maessen is a pricing expert who has acquired and perfected his expertise in pricing and commercial excellence while previously working at ING, Nationale-Nederlanden and Simon-Kucher & Partners. He is currently working as an independent consultant where he has successfully executed pricing projects for a variety of companies in retail, digital/software and consultancies among others. 

Victor Hoong is the Founder and Managing Director of Riverflex. His passion for technology and innovation has taken him into a career of creating new digital businesses. He has previously worked as a consultant and lead partner for Digital and Retail at Deloitte for 16 years. In 2018 he decided to launch Riverflex, a new kind of consultancy bringing digital capabilities to organisations through a network of independent experts. During his time at Riverflex he has worked with many blue-chip clients across the UK & NL including IKEA, Ahold Delhaize and Samsung.
