Building a shared team vision with Google: Leadership workshop series #4
On January 23, we're welcoming back Tatiana Silva, Google's Global Programmatic Industry Manager, for the final part of our four-part leadership series with Google. The first session in January focused on 'Situational Leadership', the second session tackled 'Growth through Feedback'; the third workshop looked at 'Coaching for Performance' and the fourth session will be focusing on Building a Shared Team Vision.
This session, including practical exercises, will cover:
- Learning a vision framework that leaders and people managers can take their teams through, focusing on values, purpose, and mission.
The workshop is open to all in the TQ community, however, it will be most beneficial for leaders and people managers (i.e founders/team leads) or HR managers.
