Breakfast Session on Employment law

TQ Community Meetups aim to strengthen our community by bringing together like-minded people to share experiences and grow together.

Struggling with employment contracts? Curious to discover the latest developments and changes in employment law? Don't miss this Breakfast Session focusing on just that. We've invited lawyers, Martyn Top, and Mick Hurks from Amsterdam-based law firm, Höcker Advocaten to share their insights and answer your questions.

Topics covered during the session:

  • Dismissal law: do's and don'ts in Dutch dismissal law. Plus: what is set to change in 2020.
  • Restrictive clauses in the employment contract. What do you need to put in the employment contract to protect your company? Do these clauses hold in court? Best practices?
  • Flexible working: do's and don'ts with respect to part time requests and remote working.
